Afonica CST-11019 is the result of a request that can be quite bizarre: to place the rehearsal room on a mezzanine 6 meters above the ground!
Strange as the client's choice was, it allowed him to keep the work flow unchanged within his well-equipped workshop, at the same time expanding the spaces available globally by creating a new wing dedicated to the test room and the control room, which together cover an area of 55 sqm.
It was therefore designed to meet the specific requests of the client, who is particularly attentive to every technical, aesthetic and construction detail.
Dedicated to the testing of Afonica kart engines, CST-11019 is complete with soundproofing floor finished on the surface with satin stainless steel arranged in a checkerboard pattern, balanced ventilation, smoke extraction, two-leaf access door complete with visual windows and pneumatically operated gaskets, electrical system , control room and visual windows on the walls.
It therefore turns out to be a shining example of design and construction perfectly integrated into the destination environment, despite the strangeness of the location: we at Afonica are not afraid of challenges!
