Range AST [R'w -39 dB(A)]

Afonica AST is the range of soundproof booths for car test rooms on roller bench or hub-dyno capable of achieving noise reduction R'w = -39 dB (A).

The standard range offers dimensions from 5.2x8m to 6.2x10m.

On request we can make measurements according to customer specifications.

The standard range is characterized by:

Soundproof walls and roof

Internal ventilation in depression, for room air exchange

Silencers on the ventilation circuits

Complete fume extraction (extractor, hoses, nozzles, nozzle support trolleys)

Silencer on the smoke expulsion circuit

Two-leaf door for vehicle access (with anti-panic opening)

Man door with emergency exit (with anti-panic opening) with soundproofing window

Painting of the carpentry in RAL color chosen by the customer

Available accessories:

Electrical system: from the electrical control panel only to the entire electrical system. EVEN IN 4.0!

Visual windows for walls: available in various sizes

Pipes connecting the air and flue gas circuit to the external environment (always made to measure for each customer after detailed metric measurements in the intended environment of the cabin)

Smoke extraction systems underground or made to specification

Vehicle cooling fans for front and side radiators

Cooling systems for test benches (design and construction of hydraulic systems)
